We keep our list of shops small on purpose. It means we make your order fresh instead of taking it off a shelf, and it means we can answer the phone when you call.
There is no trade catalogue and nobody in the middle. You deal with Leah, or with someone who works in the same room as the soap.

Do you offer exclusivity?
By postcode, once you’re ordering at the top tier. We won’t take on a second shop on the same high street without telling you first.
Can we sell online as well as in-store?
Yes, provided you sell at our RRP. We ask that you don’t list on Amazon or eBay.
What about testers and display?
Testers are free from £1,500. We’ll also send printed ingredient cards and a small wooden shelf riser at no cost.
Do you white-label or make bespoke?
For hotels and retreats, yes — bespoke sizes and unbranded packaging. Minimum 500 units and around eight weeks.
Is there a re-order minimum?
£150 after your first order. No monthly commitment and no penalty for a quiet season.
How long does stock last?
12 months unopened. Everything ships with at least 10 months remaining, and we’ll replace anything that doesn’t sell through in time.
