Shipping
We post orders within 2 working days from our London studio. UK delivery is £4 (free over £65), 2–4 working days. International shipping is available to most countries, calculated at checkout.
Returns
Our products are handmade cosmetics, so we can’t take returns if you change your mind.
If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send a new one or give you your money back.
FAQ
Are your products vegan? No. Many of our soaps are made with goat milk, and some use honey or beeswax.
Do you test on animals? No, never.
How long do products last? 12 months unopened, 6 months once opened. We make small batches so nothing sits on a shelf.

LK Well Beauty is a trading name of Best Brand Retail Ltd, 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you’re contracting with Best Brand Retail Ltd. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order. Because we make everything in small batches, an item may occasionally be unavailable. We’ll tell you before taking payment for it.
Discount Codes
You can use one discount code per order. Codes can’t be combined with each other, including the 15% welcome code. If you add a new code, it replaces the one already in your basket. Bloom Club member discounts don’t apply to an order that uses a discount code.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are handmade cosmetics, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you, no argument.
Allergies & Patch Testing
Our formulas are made to be gentle, including for sensitive skin. Everyone’s skin is different though, so if you have known allergies, patch test on a small area first. If you notice any irritation, stop use.
Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale pricing is for approved trade accounts only, for resale in your own shop or business. It can’t be shared, transferred, or used for personal orders. If you sell online, you must sell at our RRP, not below it. See our Wholesale page for full terms.
Bloom Club
Bloom Club is our free loyalty programme. Points are earned on qualifying orders and can be redeemed for rewards. We may update the earning rate or rewards occasionally, but will always honour points you’ve already earned. Bloom Club is not available on wholesale accounts.
Cookies
We use a few small files called cookies. Some are needed for the site to work, like keeping your basket and logging you in. You can choose to turn the others off in the cookie banner.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England. We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a significant change, we’ll let you know.
